OCTOcontraalto
Twenty-five years ago, Léon Leblanc brought to Kenosha and
demonstrated his newly developed octo-contra-alto clarinet, among
the largest, lowest members of the clarinet family he pioneered
(The Leblanc Bell spring/summer 1996)

Metal clarinets

World's Fair. From left to right we have the Eb contraalto (to low C), the Bb contrabass
(to low C), the F alto (to low C), the Bb octocontrabass (to low C), the Bb bass (to low C,
